You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
This applies even if you have opened and tried the product — skincare is personal, and we understand that.
Products purchased directly from charmx.pk or our official channels.
Items in reasonable condition with at least half the product remaining for opened bottles.
Orders with a valid order ID and proof of purchase.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Products that appear heavily used, tampered with, or without original packaging.
Email info@charmx.pk with your order ID, the product name, and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds for COD orders are sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet to a Pakistani account you provide.
Refund amount equals the product price paid. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

If we sent the wrong product or your item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours.
