We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our courier partners.
Delivery is available nationwide including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and surrounding areas.
Standard shipping is Rs. 200 on orders with fewer than 3 serums.
Enjoy free shipping when you order 3 or more serums.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment is collected on delivery (COD) — no online payment required.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days in major cities and 5–7 business days for remote areas.
You will receive order confirmation by email once your order is placed. Our team may call to confirm your address and phone number before dispatch.
We currently offer cash on delivery only. Please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives.
If you are unavailable at delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at the nearest branch. Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation.
Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details by email or SMS where available.

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and products.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
